Return & Refund Policy

At Suzuki Electric, customer satisfaction and product integrity are at the core of our business. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for our B2B customers, distributors, and corporate partners.


Overview

Suzuki Electric designs and supplies high-performance air conditioning systems, fan coils, and heat pumps globally. As a B2B manufacturer, all returns and refunds are processed in accordance with international trade, warranty, and logistics standards to ensure transparency and fairness.


Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. The product was purchased directly from Suzuki Electric or an authorized distributor.

  2. The return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.

  3. The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.

  4. The product shows no signs of installation or tampering.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom-built or special-order HVAC equipment

  2. Installed or modified components

  3. Electrical or refrigeration parts removed from original packaging

  4. Clearance, promotional, or discontinued items

  5. Software, firmware, or downloadable content associated with digital controls


Return Authorization Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Department at support@suzukielectric.com with:

    • Invoice or order number

    • Product model and serial number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided with all original packaging and documentation.


Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, all returned items undergo technical inspection and verification. Our engineering team will assess whether the product meets return eligibility criteria.

  1. If approved: a replacement or refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

  2. If rejected: the product will be returned to the sender at their expense.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

  2. Partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or incomplete packaging.

  3. Shipping, customs, or handling fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on Suzuki Electric’s part.


Warranty Coverage

All Suzuki Electric products are covered under our Limited Manufacturer Warranty, which varies by model and region.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal operating conditions.

Please refer to your product’s warranty document for details on coverage period and exclusions.


Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to arrange replacement, repair, or compensation.


Freight and Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated in your purchase agreement:

  1. Buyers are responsible for all freight and return shipping costs.

  2. Suzuki Electric will cover costs only when the issue results from a manufacturing or fulfillment error.


International Returns

For international B2B shipments, customers must comply with all customs declarations, export paperwork, and import duties related to the return. We advise contacting our logistics department for guidance before initiating any cross-border return.
